Gandhi…
The Brand !

With name of Gandhi, we envision a bald personality covering his body with a piece of white clothe which is not eligible to cover that entire body properly, having a circular glass on his nose and the frame of the glass is just equivalent to the body structure of that personality and a stick to support that thin and slim body. Till yet, have you identified that astonishing personality……Yes! You got it! The person is none other than Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, well known as Mahatma Gandhi. With this common looking personality, he was the person having uncommon traits.
Mahatma Gandhi, with awesome daring attitude inbuilt in his heart and intellect which has been proved through his effort not only for India but also the incredible exertion done by him in South Africa. And he was the solitary man who made the word “Gandhi” so powerful that in 1940s it placed whole India into the path of sovereignty. To express the supremacy of the sound “Gandhi” in that point in time will be extremely difficult for anyone. And from that epoch till now the magic and the supremacy of word “Gandhi” is on the rise and growing up as the time is passing out and also creating the center of attention for any person of any arena and of any age group. It’s a… Brand today! “For an ordinary product it is a brand which makes it extraordinary and produces it power.” Come on lets, illustrate how the name “Gandhi” producing power.
It’s “Gandhi” only which make whole India work and to earn more and more
“Gandhi”. The person having large quantity of “Gandhi” in his pocket becomes the most powerful persona at that instant. This is the power of “Gandhi…!”
Mahatma Gandhi Setu, a bridge over Ganga, with the name of “Gandhi” it is
generate the sense of simplicity and sacrifices, needs money as token to get pass over it. This is the way the government is using the brand name “Gandhi”.
Recently, the chairman of Kingfisher Mr. Vijay Malaya has been treated as
national hero because he was the person who fetches those ornaments of Gandhi to India from a foreign country by giving them tons of money. This is the power of “Gandhi” which has made simple belongings so expensive and can formulate a person into a hero. But please don’t bother on the subject of the person who walks the path of life with the thought and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi.
Now, it’s time for silver screen, a movie with title of “Gandhi” put on publicity on its own and a group of people always having their analytical eyes on that particular movie to neglect the possibilities of hampering the brand name “Gandhi”, though the eligibility of the members of that prescribed group can be questioned, according to the thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi.
The sector which has used the name “Gandhi” widely than any other sector is none other than the politics. Unfortunately every politician of India represents themselves as the actual representative and the followers of Mahatma Gandhi. If we consider today’s political scenario it is just revolving around the name of “Gandhi” and no one can argue on the domination of the term “Gandhi” in the
arena of Indian politics. One of the emerging leaders of India
Mr. Rahul Gandhi has admitted
that, “It was my surname which has
given me this platform otherwise it
would be quite difficult for any to gain
this position in which, I am right now.” This is the power of brand “Gandhi”.
Hold on….! Hold on….!

Wait a minute, why I am calling Gandhi as a brand! We have the birthright to use the term “Gandhi”, after all he was

our “Bapu” (Father). But can you tell me one thing, why Barack Obama using the brand name.... “Gandhi”?
